Job Role: HR Generalist

  • Experience: 1-3 Years – Immediate candidates
  • Qualification: Any graduate
  • Location: Koramangala , Bangalore
  • Shift: 8:00 AM–5:30 PM or 12:00 PM–9:30 PM (shift flexibility required)
  • Work mode: Hybrid

What you’ll own:

  • End-to-end HR service delivery (Hire to Retire)
  • Performance achievement & rewards execution
  • HR analytics, reporting & leadership advisory
  • Program design aligned with business strategy
  • Workday (employee records & HR ops) + ServiceNow (ticket management)
