The Ethics & Compliance Liaison – Concerns Management Specialist supports the M&C Americas E&C program by coordinating and managing local concerns for the M&C Americas US business. This role focuses on high volume intake, triage, documentation, and trend analysis across Code categories including Bullying, Harassment & Discrimination (BHD), conflicts of interest, fraud, and other compliance areas. The role works closely with the M&C Americas Lead ECL, VP E&C and Engagement M&C Americas, Business Integrity, Legal, and PC&C to ensure concerns are handled confidentially, objectively, and in accordance with bp’s Code of Conduct.
