Job Description
Job Role: Junior Officer HR – Talent Acquisition
- Location: Hyderabad
What You Will Do:
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates using databases, job portals, social media, internal referral campaigns etc.
- Stakeholder Management
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Scheduling and Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open position.
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
- Offer management and pre-onboarding connects.
- Bulk hiring Environment
What You Will Need:
- Must be a graduate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint
- Knowledge in end-to-end recruitment would be an added advantage.
