Job Role: Senior Analyst – Appraisal Review (US Mortgage)

  • Position: Senior Analyst – Appraisal Review
  • Work Mode: 100% Remote (Work From Home)
  • Shift: Night Shift
  • CTC: Up to ₹8 LPA
  • Interview Process: 2 Rounds

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze residential property appraisal reports to ensure compliance with investor and lending guidelines.
  • Validate property market value, condition, and overall eligibility for financing.
  • Assess appraisal quality, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Review appraisal reports for various residential property types, including:
    Single-Family Homes
    Condominiums
    Townhouses
    Multi-Family Properties (2–4 Units)
    Manufactured Homes
    Other eligible residential properties
  • Coordinate with Appraisal Management Companies (AMCs), appraisers, and internal stakeholders to resolve valuation-related queries.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in US Mortgage Appraisal Review.
  • Strong understanding of residential property valuation and appraisal analysis.
  • Knowledge of investor, agency, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Experience reviewing multiple residential property types.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
