Job Role: Transaction Monitoring Analyst
- Date: 30th May 26
- Location: HCLTECH Sandhiya Infocity, Navalur Block: ETA 3
- Time: 11AM – 3PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed investigations of alerts generated by Transaction Monitoring Systems (TMS)
- Analyze complex transaction data to identify suspicious activities and financial crime red flags
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, Country Addendums, and maintain high QA standards
- Meet daily/weekly SLAs with speed and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Escalate technology/risk-related issues to management in a timely manner
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Exposure to Wholesale / Corporate / Correspondent Banking
- Hands-on experience with AML tools such as:
–SAS AML
–Oracle FCCM (Mantas)
–SymphonyAI NetReveal (Detica)
–NICE Actimize SAM - Strong knowledge of AML transaction monitoring processes
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Quick learner with strong adaptability
Preferred Certifications: CAMS or ICA certification (preferred, not mandatory)
