Job Description

Job Role: Trainer – Learning & Development

  • Location: Mumbai

Flipkart is looking for a passionate L&D Trainer to build capability and drive performance across teams.

What you’ll do

  • Design and deliver engaging classroom and virtual training programs
  • Conduct training needs analysis and build learning content
  • Measure training effectiveness and share insights with stakeholders
  • Coach and upskill employees to improve productivity and quality
  • Partner with business teams to align training with goals

What we’re looking for

  • Prior experience as a Trainer or in L&D
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to engage diverse audiences
  • Comfort with LMS tools and training analytics
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai
