- Experience: We are hiring across Levels
- Associate – 1 -3 Year
- Senior Associate – 4+6 Years
- Manager – 6 Years and above
Looking for experienced professionals with strong expertise in:
- US GAAP & IFRS Accounting Standards
- Balance Sheet products such as Derivatives, Collateral, Repo/Reverse Repo, and Fair Value Measurement
- Regulatory Reporting frameworks including FINREP, COREP, Basel III, FR Y-9C, FFIEC031, and Financial Statements
- Data flows, reconciliations, and reporting architecture in a regulatory reporting environment
- Interpretation of GAAP and regulatory guidance, ensuring consistent reporting across frameworks
- Process improvement, automation initiatives, and collaboration with Technology & Project teams
- Stakeholder management and strong communication skills
- Exposure to Financial & Regulatory Reporting systems and AI-enabled tools
