Job Description
Job Role: Product Management Trainee
- Duration: 3 Months
- Stipend: ₹12,000 per month
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Product Management Trainee who will support the development and enhancement of
SaaS-based products used across advertising, marketing, and analytics. This role offers hands-on exposure
to product strategy, AI-driven solutions, and cross-functional collaboration.
Interview Process:
- Profile screening, assessment, shortlisting, followed by HR & Managerial rounds at the office.
Job Location:
- 18th Floor, Emaar Colonnade, Golf Course Extension Road, Sector 66, Gurugram, Haryana
Candidate Requirements:
- Candidates must be based in Gurugram or willing to relocate
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum notice period of two weeks
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or a related field
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in defining product requirements, user stories, and feature specifications.
- Support the product team in roadmap planning and execution.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis in ad-tech and mar-tech spaces.
- Work closely with design, tech, and business teams to support product development.
- Help in testing product features, identifying bugs, and ensuring quality releases.
- Assist in documentation such as PRDs, user flows, and product notes.
- Support data analysis and derive insights to improve product performance.
- Stay updated on trends in AI, SaaS, and marketing technology.
Skills & Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business,
or a related field. - Basic understanding of product management concepts and Agile methodologies.
- Interest in SaaS products, AI/ML, or marketing technology.
- Familiarity with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, or basic analytics tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Good communication and collaboration abilities.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):
- Exposure to product tools like Jira, Notion, or Trello.
- Basic knowledge of APIs, databases, or cloud platforms.
- Interest or coursework in AI/ML, analytics, or digital marketing.
- Prior internship/project experience in product, tech, or startups.
