1. Mortgage Underwriters (Associate Level)
- Minimum 5+ years of Underwriting experience (4C’s: Credit, Capacity, Capital, Collateral)
- Strong knowledge of Mortgage Underwriting Guidelines

2. Banking/Mortgage Professionals (Entry Level)
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Banking or Mortgage Operations
- Good understanding of Mortgage processes/Financial services
