Job Description
Job Role: Manager
- Location: Delhi NCR (Noida/Gurugram/Delhi)
- Experience: 8-12 years
- Expertise: FS Consulting, Payments Transformation
Qualification: Postgraduate degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Technology, or a related discipline from a reputed institution.
Must Have:
- Experience in payments transformation, UPI, merchant acquiring, payment acceptance, fintech platforms, digital lending, embedded finance, preferably with a leading consulting firm, fintech, bank, or payments organization.
- Proven ability to independently lead consulting engagements, develop client-ready presentations and reports, manage senior stakeholders, contribute to business development, proposal preparation, and internal knowledge repository.
Deep expertise in one or more of the following:
- UPI ecosystem
- Payment gateways
- Payment aggregators
- Technology architecture
- Digital lending platforms
- Cross-border payments
- Payments risk & compliance frameworks
- Relevant regulations
