Job Description
Job Role: Fraud Investigation Associate
- Location: Bengalore
What You Will Do :
- Investigate suspicious transactions, activities and customer cases.
- Review fraud alerts and incidents received through different channels.
- Gather and analyse relevant information to understand what happened.
- Identify unusual patterns, behaviours and potential fraud risks.
- Take timely action on cases based on defined processes and guidelines.
- Prepare clear and accurate investigation reports.
- Work closely with Analytics, Product, Operations and other teams.
- Share observations and insights that can help improve fraud detection.
- Suggest ways to make investigation processes faster and more effective.
- Continuously learn about new fraud trends, techniques and investigation methods.
What you will need :
- 0–1 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong logical and analytical thinking.
- Good attention to detail and curiosity to dig deeper.
- Comfortable making decisions based on available information.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of computers and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Someone who takes ownership and doesn’t wait to be told what to do.
- Street-smart, observant and good at connecting the dots.
