Job Description

Job Role: ECDD (Team Lead)

  • Location: Noida
  • Work Mode: 5 Days from Office
  • Shift Timing: Aust Shift (3am to 12pm)
  • Notice Period: Immediate Joiner to 30 Days
  • Experience required: 7 to 10 years

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 10-12 analysts, ensuring high-quality due diligence and risk assessment deliverables.
  • Conduct and oversee due diligence reviews on clients, vendors, partners, acquisitions, investments, and strategic business opportunities.
  • Analyze financial, legal, operational, and commercial information to identify risks and support business decisions.
  • Perform background checks, compliance reviews, and risk assessments in line with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Review contracts, financial statements, corporate records, and governance frameworks to identify red flags and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Compliance, and business stakeholders to validate findings and drive informed decision-making.
  • Prepare and present risk assessments, due diligence reports, and executive summaries to senior leadership.
  • Monitor ongoing due diligence activities to ensure adherence to regulatory, corporate, and ethical standards.
  • Drive process improvements, governance initiatives, and risk mitigation strategies to strengthen organizational integrity.
  • Mentor team members, manage performance, and promote a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.
