- Identify incorrect decisions and clearly explain the Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Identify recurring trends and error patterns.
- Provide simple, actionable recommendations to improve quality.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in RCA (Root Cause Analysis) is mandatory.
