Job Description

Job Title: KYC Lead
Location: Navi Mumbai
Designation: AVP

Are you a seasoned professional with extensive knowledge in KYC, onboarding, projects, and strong leadership skills? We are looking for a KYC Lead to join our team and lead the KYC operations team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding: Manage customer onboarding processes across various business segments, both digital and non-digital modes.
  • Leadership: Guide and develop a team of KYC analysts and team leaders to achieve optimal performance and continuous professional development.
  • Projects: Implement projects related to CKYC, re-KYC, Aadhaar authentication, Finacle, centralization, and related SOPs.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Extensive knowledge of KYC guidelines and their implementation, with the ability to manage external/internal reviews.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with all stakeholders to enhance efficiency in TAT, processes, training, and overall team development.

Skills Required:

  • Software knowledge of Finacle, CRM, Trackwizz, MIS management

  • 10-12 years in KYC onboarding operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
