- Role: Banking Operations – Card & Payments
- Location: Chennai & Hyderabad
- Experience: 6+ Years (1+ Year Team Handling)
- Shift: US Shift
Responsibilities:
- Lead the BPO team to achieve operational excellence in Retail
- BackOffice and Cards & Payment processes.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions and customer requests.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their performance and professional growth.
- Monitor team performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and quality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall service delivery.
- Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement training programs to keep the team updated on industry trends and new technologies
