There is a variety of functional, performance, security testing tools besides test management tools like Quality Center from HP, CQTM from IBM, etc. Moreover, the growth prospects in the Software Testing domain is immense.<\/p>\n

3. Lastly, the demand for a niche that includes SOA testers, Security testers, etc. is high nowadays. Reason being, a vast shortage of skills in test automation areas. However, it is highly important to keep in mind the fact that specialization is a must in a testing career.
