The effectiveness of any tool is directly proportional to the way we use it. <\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Here are some tips on how to use the PowerPoint presentations in the most effective way:<\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sketch your presentation\u2019s key points and significance before making any slide. Try to keep your slides simple. Lesser slides cannot cover a topic sufficiently and more slides can lead to overloading the information in the trainees.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Run your finished presentation a few times o your system to correct any mistakes. Also, it will help you to ensure that your presentation is running smoothly without any distractions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">While rehearsing your presentation, check the lighting in the room to ensure that slides are visible to everyone easily and that there is sufficient light for the trainees to write any notes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Begin each session by delivering a summary of the topic and asking the trainees what they want to learn before starting your presentation.
