Here are the five assumptions for applying adult training theory.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Assumption 1: Self-concept<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Mature learners gather new information and build upon the existing understanding and skills more effectively than the young learners who may need some extra guidance throughout the whole learning process. In addition to this adult learners get more out of the experiences if they work independently.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Assumption 2: Adult learner experience<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">To appeal to various adult learners, it&#8217;s best to include a variety of instructional theories into your learning program. Survey them to recognize if any technical skill they have, and also to evaluate their education levels.
