Therefore, every Regional Board shall and every Board or State Council of Technical Education must have Central Apprenticeship Council\u2019s affiliation.<\/p>\n<p>Under the Act, above specified each of the authorities shall perform such functions as are assigned to it in relation to apprenticeship training. Thus, by or under the Act or by the Government. However, as assigned by the National Council and the State Apprenticeship Council, such functions shall be performed by the State Council assigned.
