It includes place allotted for the training where the employees are required to learn the skills and techniques of the tools that are used in the actual workplace.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Different methods that are used in off-the-job&nbsp;training are:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Case Studies: Trainees are given the situation in the form of a case study, and then they have to solve it according to their learning.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Role-playing: Under this, the trainees assume roles and act according to the given situations. The primary objective of this training is to make the employees well informed about their job roles and discussing their problems with them.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Simulation: The trainee needs to learn the operations of tools that are designed to look similar to those that are present in the real workplace.
