Employers to furnish information and returns <\/strong><\/h2>\n

Under section 5 of the Act, employers to furnish information and returns in the prescribed form. It stipulates that the employer in every establishment in public sector in that State or area shall furnish such information. Also, return in relation to vacancies that have occurred as may be prescribed or are about to occur in that establishment. To such employment exchanges in a prescribed manner.\"Employers<\/a><\/p>\n

Thus, may enter to any premises at any reasonable time where he believes such record or document to be an inspection or take copies of relevant records. Or also documents or ask any question necessary for obtaining any required information.<\/p>\n
