For a training manager, it is necessary to see that the employees in the company have the essential skills and knowledge to work so that they can deliver effective results. As an employee is the most important asset, they should be trained well to increase the productivity.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">There are few training techniques and methodology that are beneficial for the employees, here are some of them:<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\">On the job training (OJT)<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In this technique, a trainer teaches an employee the necessary skills to perform the job in the company. Through this, a trainee learns by observing and handling the job under the supervision of the trainer. Thus, people call it learning by performing the methods.
