For example- as defined in&nbsp;common philosophy, an axiom is an&nbsp;evident&nbsp;and well-established statement that is accepted without any disagreements or questions. &nbsp;As used in modern&nbsp;logic, an axiom is a principle or initial point for reasoning.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Here are some of the axioms of teaching and training that are effective in improving the skills and knowledge of the trainees or students.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1) Spend some time in the field functioning with the people who are performing the same tasks and functions. This will help you to find their reality that could be somewhat different from the reality that management had presumed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2) Always try to be up front and vulnerable to the participants.
