The quantum of deduction was only to the extent of the amount of loss suffered by the Establishment.<\/li>\n<li>Computation of the gross profit and available surplus in accordance with the provision. By the establishment or factory with the rules made thereunder.<\/li>\n<li>The opening of a separate bank account, during the accounting year, by the establishment or factory for transfer of unpaid\/ unclaimed bonus in respect of employees. Who have either not been paid bonus for any reason or not collected their bonus.
