The notice shall contain \u2013 the name and location of the factory, the name and address of the occupier and also of the owner of the premises. Also, mention the manufacturing process and the average number of workers employed.<\/li>\n<li>There should be no harm or health &amp; life-risking work performed in the factory.<\/li>\n<li>Working employees\u2019 safety is the sole responsibility of the occupier.<\/li>\n<li>The employees should be aware of the factory policies, and also the risks associated if any.<\/li>\n<li>The occupier is not allowed to hide any of the factory policies from the higher authority and also from the working employees.<\/li>\n<li>Any changes made in the factory policies by the occupier. S\/he has to pre-inform the state government and provide a written application.<\/li>\n<li>The changes first need the approval of the state government.
