Statutory Agencies And Their Powers For Enforcement Of The Act<\/h1>\n

The statutory agencies and their powers for the enforcement of the act are about the section3,4&6 of the factory act, 1948. As factory act is for the welfare of the workers working in the factories, which includes both men and women in it.<\/p>\n

This empowers the state government to make rules, giving reference to the time of the day. These rules when planned involve the specific area, mean time i.e. ordinarily followed. Therefore, the authority gives the order to observe the given time in all and every factory irrespective of the area.<\/p>\n

This power exercises by either the government on its own or on the application of the occupier. Although as per sec.4 no order can be made unless the occupier approves in the same regard.<\/p>\n

The Government under the sec.5 of this act has the sole authority to exempt the rights of the nay factory occupier. If there is any sort of emergency situation for the security of the country or any part of the territory is under threat. A notice will be given to the factory occupier for the same under the ac<\/p>\n
