The methods used in the training process are interesting and make the training productive. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Some of the methods of trainer and training process are mentioned below:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Brain Storming- This is the first step to create primary interest and participation of the trainees in the activity.
