Here&#8217;s how you can export a presentation to another Microsoft Office program:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"normal\"><span lang=\"EN\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"normal\"><span lang=\"EN\">Open your presentation in Microsoft PowerPoint.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"normal\"><span lang=\"EN\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"normal\"><span lang=\"EN\">Click on the File tab and select Export from the menu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"normal\"><span lang=\"EN\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"normal\"><span lang=\"EN\">Choose the option for &#8220;Create Handouts.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"normal\"><span lang=\"EN\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"normal\"><span lang=\"EN\">You will see several options for how you want to export the presentation.
