Here&#8217;s how to do it:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"normal\"><span lang=\"EN\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"normal\"><span lang=\"EN\">Open the presentations: Open the two presentations that you want to compare and merge.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"normal\"><span lang=\"EN\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"normal\"><span lang=\"EN\">Enable Compare: Go to the Review tab and click on &#8220;Compare&#8221; in the Compare group.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"normal\"><span lang=\"EN\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"normal\"><span lang=\"EN\">Select the original and revised presentations: In the Compare Presentations dialog box, select the original presentation (the one you opened first) as the &#8220;Original presentation&#8221; and the revised presentation (the one you opened second) as the &#8220;Revised presentation.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"normal\"><span lang=\"EN\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"normal\"><span lang=\"EN\">Choose the options: In the Compare Presentations dialog box, select the options you want, such as whether to compare only selected slides or to include hidden slides.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"normal\"><span lang=\"EN\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"normal\"><span lang=\"EN\">Start comparing: Click &#8220;OK&#8221; to start the comparison. PowerPoint will open a new presentation that shows the changes between the two presentations. The changes are highlighted in different colors, and you can review them slide by slide.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"normal\"><span lang=\"EN\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"normal\"><span lang=\"EN\">Merge the changes: To merge the changes into one presentation, go through the presentation slide by slide and manually make the changes in the original presentation.
