Here are the steps to do so:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"normal\"><span lang=\"EN\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"normal\"><span lang=\"EN\">Select the table cells that you want to use in the calculation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"normal\"><span lang=\"EN\">Right-click on the selected cells and choose &#8220;Table Properties&#8221; from the drop-down menu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"normal\"><span lang=\"EN\">In the Table Properties dialog box, click on the &#8220;Table&#8221; tab.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"normal\"><span lang=\"EN\">Check the box next to &#8220;Allow row to break across pages&#8221; and click OK.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"normal\"><span lang=\"EN\">Click on the cell where you want to display the result of the calculation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"normal\"><span lang=\"EN\">Type an equal sign (=) to indicate that you want to perform a calculation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"normal\"><span lang=\"EN\">Type the formula for the calculation you want to perform, using cell references (e.g. &#8220;=SUM(A1:A10)&#8221;).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"normal\"><span lang=\"EN\">Press Enter to calculate the result.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"normal\"><span lang=\"EN\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"normal\"><span lang=\"EN\">You can use the following formula to perform calculations in a table in Microsoft Word:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"normal\"><span lang=\"EN\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"normal\"><span lang=\"EN\">Select the cell where you want to enter the formula.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"normal\"><span lang=\"EN\">Type the equals sign (=) to indicate that you are entering a formula.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"normal\"><span lang=\"EN\">Type the formula using cell references and mathematical operators. For example, if you want to add the values in cells A1 and A2, you would type &#8220;=A1+A2&#8221; in the target cell. If you want to multiply the values in cells B1 and B2, you would type &#8220;=B1*B2&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"normal\"><span lang=\"EN\">Press Enter to calculate the result.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"normal\"><span lang=\"EN\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"normal\"><span lang=\"EN\">You can also use basic functions such as SUM, AVERAGE, MIN, MAX, and COUNT to perform more complex calculations in a table. To use a function, follow these steps:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"normal\"><span lang=\"EN\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"normal\"><span lang=\"EN\">Select the cell where you want to display the result of the calculation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"normal\"><span lang=\"EN\">Type the equals sign (=) to indicate that you are entering a formula.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"normal\"><span lang=\"EN\">Type the name of the function, followed by an opening parenthesis. For example, to use the SUM function, you would type &#8220;=SUM(&#8220;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"normal\"><span lang=\"EN\">Select the range of cells that you want to include in the calculation.
