Open Tender<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tender value &gt;= 25 Lac<\/li>\n<li>Ad in Indian Trade Journal(ITJ)<\/li>\n<li>At least one National Daily having wide circulation<\/li>\n<li>Publish at own website &amp; NIC website<\/li>\n<li>NIT to Indian Embassies abroad as well as foreign embassies in India<\/li>\n<li>Three Weeks time from date of publication of bid<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">2. Limited Tender<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Value up to 25 Lac<\/li>\n<li>Bid document should be sent to Regd. Suppliers by Speed Post\/Regd Post\/Courier\/ e-mail<\/li>\n<li>No. of supplier firms in Ltd. Tender should be more than three<\/li>\n<li>Web based publicity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please note sufficient time should be given in Ltd. Tender<br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">3. Single Tender<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If only a particular firm is the manufacturer<\/li>\n<li>Emergent need to procure from a particular source<\/li>\n<li>Technical reason to be recorded (standardization of machinery \u2013 HP, SONY etc. )<\/li>\n<li>Note that single response to an open bid can\u2019t be termed as Single Tender<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Standard Bid Document<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Instruction to Bidder<\/li>\n<li>Conditions of Contract<\/li>\n<li>Schedule of Requirement<\/li>\n<li>Specifications &amp; allied Tech. details<\/li>\n<li>Price Schedule<\/li>\n<li>Contract Form<\/li>\n<li>Other Standard Forms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Earnest Money Deposit<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To safeguard the interest of Deptt (withdrawal \/ alter the bid by bidder)<\/li>\n<li>Exemption \u2013 Regd.
