And if you have activated&nbsp;<strong>International<\/strong>&nbsp;the Balance Sheet will display&nbsp;<strong>Assets<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>Liabilities.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Show Vertical Balance Sheet<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By default, the Balance Sheet screen is displayed in the Horizontal form. However, you may configure the Balance Sheet to appear in Vertical form, by pressing&nbsp;<strong>F12: Configure<\/strong>&nbsp;and set<strong>Show Vertical Balance Sheet<\/strong>&nbsp;to&nbsp;<strong>Yes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.vskills.in\/lms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/image088.gif\" alt=\"image088\" class=\"wp-image-76489\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Accept<\/strong>&nbsp;to Save<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Balance Sheet in&nbsp;<strong>Vertical form<\/strong>&nbsp;appears as shown :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.vskills.in\/lms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/image089.gif\" alt=\"image089\" class=\"wp-image-76490\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Profit or Loss, both as Liability?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Set this to&nbsp;<strong>No<\/strong>, to move the&nbsp;<strong>Profit &amp; Loss Account<\/strong>&nbsp;to the&nbsp;<strong>Asset side<\/strong>&nbsp;of the Balance Sheet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Show Percentages?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To view balance sheet with&nbsp;<strong>percentage<\/strong>&nbsp;column<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Set<strong>Show Percentages<\/strong>&nbsp;to&nbsp;<strong>Yes<\/strong>&nbsp;in the balance sheet configuration screen.<\/li><li>Press<strong>Alt+F1<\/strong>&nbsp;to view the detailed Balance Sheet.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The resultant balance sheet is displayed as shown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.vskills.in\/lms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/image090.gif\" alt=\"image090\" class=\"wp-image-76491\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Each line is expressed as a&nbsp;<strong>percentage<\/strong>&nbsp;of the total in the&nbsp;<strong>Balance Sheet<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Show Working Capital figures?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Using this option, you can set Balance Sheet to show working capital values. The term balance sheet implies that a report shows the balance between two figures. It shows a balance between the assets and liabilities of a firm and the owner&#8217;s funds.
