Now the break-even point is defined to be the point or volume where the total costs equal total revenue. Thus for each site S i and S 2, the break-even point can be determined by using a simple formula (which could be easily derived) as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.vskills.in\/lms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/Image-44-4.jpg\" alt=\"Image 44\" class=\"wp-image-19966\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Let us see what would be the profit or loss for the two sites at the expected volume of 95 Units. Where you would like to locate the factory?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now what do we find?
