Cash flow is the changes in financial position on cash basis, commonly known as the cash flow statement. It summarizes the cause of changes in cash position between dates of two balance sheets. It indicates the source of cash & uses of cash.

It is similar to fund flow statement, but it focuses attention on cash instead of working capital (funds). Thus this statement analyses the changes in the non-current accounts as well as current accountants.
