Change Management

Agreements on modifications to the project between the customer and project staff should be documented. If changes exceed a specified time period or affect the project’s scope, reevaluation of the project must be completed If changes can be made in a fairly short time frame, a process must be in place to document the agreed upon modifications.  At designated time periods the customer needs to be informed as to any scheduling adjustments, cost re-n estimation, or changes to the project itself. Ultimately, the project manager has to prepare final project proposal assessment sheet to have a better control as indicate in the format in the appendix -1.
