Corporate India \u2014 from cement majors to IT bellwethers \u2014 has built entire sustainability departments staffed with carbon accountants, ESG analysts, and net-zero strategy consultants. And in vocational training institutes across the country, thousands of young people are getting certified as &#8220;Suryamitras&#8221; (solar technicians) and biogas plant operators through government-backed skilling programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is not a fringe trend or a CSR side-project anymore.
