To be better understand let us look at the roles and responsibilities, skills required and job roles as a Learning and Development Manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Skills Required<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The learning and development manager is\u00a0liable for\u00a0the training and professional development of an organization\u2019s employees. Their purpose is\u00a0to form\u00a0the foremost\u00a0out of people\u2019s talents and help them develop to their full potential. At\u00a0an equivalent\u00a0time, an L&amp;D manager keeps\u00a0a robust\u00a0focus not just on what the learner wants\u00a0and wishes, but also on\u00a0the requirements\u00a0of the organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In larger companies, there\u00a0could also be\u00a0a separate Learning &amp; Development department,\u00a0in which\u00a0case the L&amp;D manager reports to\u00a0the top\u00a0of Learning and Development and coordinates all training and development activities.
