Give a deep thought about what you wish to accomplish in life<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 13px; line-height: 19px;\">? These goals may change day to day. T<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 13px; line-height: 19px;\">his practice helps to organize your actions to align with your purpose and goal.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; line-height: 19px;\"><strong>Create a list of tasks:<\/strong>&nbsp;The list of tasks should be divide into three sections &#8211; The first section gives the \u201cbigger picture,\u201d or &#8220;long term goals&#8221;, write down steps needed to achieve these goals (from a few months to a year). The second section describes the daily tasks to be performed to achieve the long-term goals. The last and the final section deals with tasks which do not fall into the other two sections. Focus on the tasks in the first and second column on which you need to focus today.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; line-height: 19px;\"><strong>Structure your day:<\/strong> It is very important to structure your day so that you strategically spread the \u201crelease\u201d time&nbsp;between your \u201cwork times.\u201d For instance, squeeze a half hour in your day for exercising , this will not only help you in better blood flow and health &nbsp;but also set you up with a positive attitude for the remainder of the day.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; line-height: 19px;\">Prioritize: Perform the important tasks first when you are most energized. Schedule the most difficult and important tasks first and try to complete them before the deadline.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; line-height: 19px;\">Concentrate on your goals: Keep the to-do list close by so you can refer to them as and when required.
