A call for the job interview is the most important moment for a job seeker, but that does not mean that you have been selected for the job. Things get intense and more complicated from this point, therefore it suggested to be more careful and alert during this phase. A job interview gives you the perfect opportunity to present yourself to your prospective employer. However, it has been observed that most job seekers falter at this crucial stage, which not only proves detrimental to their success but also takes them away from the much awaited job offer.<\/p>\n

Some common mistakes observed during a Job Interview are,<\/p>\n

  1. Appearing late for the interview \u2013 Being late shows your casual attitude<\/li>\n
  2. Dressing Style \u2013 Must have a simple yet professional look<\/li>\n
  3. Manipulation \u2013 Better to be honest rather than manipulating facts<\/li>\n
  4. Nervousness \u2013 Everyone is a bit nervous for an interview, but this nervousness should not appear on your face<\/li>\n
  5. Speak well \u2013 Speaking too much or too less both hampers your impression so it is better to speak only as and when required<\/li>\n
  6. Being present \u2013 Be physically as well as mentally present in the interview<\/li>\n
  7. Overloading with questions \u2013 Do not ask too many queries without being asked to do so<\/li>\n
