But we can clearly differentiate between the work done by various employees. Some are more interested in doing their work , they will represent it in a better way and will try to add something extra to it. Whereas on the other hand some of them would have just finished their work , without putting any extra effort to it. There is a major possibility that the reason behind this situation is that employees are not happy. There is something depriving them from getting engaged with their work, he reason for their unhappiness&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Companies with engaged employees outperform companies with disengaged workers\u2014some sources say they win by 22 percent, some say it\u2019s more like 200. So businesses are investing more time, effort, research and money into building great cultures that will keep employees happier than ever.&#8221;- Meredith Falb<\/p>\n<p><strong>There are reasons which make the employees unhappy. Some of them are stated below:<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Employees are not satisfied with their basic pay<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>This is one of the major factors which influences an employee to switch over to another job. Everybody prefers to get the best price for their hardwork . Therefore it is very important that employees abilities are not undermined and they are getting what they actually deserve ,keeping in consideration the organisation&#8217;s budget.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Employees are not getting any source of motivation.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>It is very important for the manager to appreciate the employees on their performing well.
