District judge, Khammam payable at Khammam. The candidates belonging to SCs \/ STs \/ PHCs and Ex-servicemen are exempted from payment of fee.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span id=\"IL_AD4\" class=\"IL_AD\">How to apply<\/span>:-<\/strong>Interested and Eligible candidates may apply in prescribed <span id=\"IL_AD3\" class=\"IL_AD\">application form<\/span> with four recent color passport size photographs of the candidate duly attested by Gazette officer to be affixed, out of flour, one to be affixed on top of the application, one on the Demand Draft enclosure form and one each on the original and <span id=\"IL_AD5\" class=\"IL_AD\">Duplicate<\/span> <span id=\"IL_AD1\" class=\"IL_AD\">Hall Ticket<\/span> cum identity sheet in the space provided and a self-addressed cover (duly stamped with Rs 25\/- for registered post with acknowledgement) send by Registered post \/ Courier to Prl.
