Human resource is the most potential and dynamic, budding exploration field. But this path of development is hindered by typecasts existing since the golden age. When an adventurer is forced to uptake a 9 to 4 desk job, neither does he gets the value for his service nor does the company gets its value for money. Or when an artist has to bus tables, the only thing he gets out of it is money, not a living.<\/p>\n<p>What can possibly be so adamant as to cause these and many more such cruelties and wreak havoc in the personal lives of thousands of people? What has the million-dollar Human Resource Development industry missed that\u2019s costing billions to the market?<\/p>\n<p>The answer is as simple as \u201cPursuits\u201d. Give a runner a mile to run and he\u2019ll run two, give it to a painter and he\u2019d be never make it.
