And we\u2019re all given the same time in a day, right ? But still some of us live through the day in such a way, that even by evening we feel like we\u2019ve done nothing productive. Then day ends and we wonder where did the 24 hours just go ?<\/p>\n<p>Well, this is the case with many of us who want to do a lot each day, wish that the day was a little longer and end up feeling disappointed every time\u2026This is because of the simple reason that we lack the art of time management.<\/p>\n<p>Yes, they say, time waits for none! And those who learn to value and manage their time properly definitely have an ace up their arm. It\u2019s because, time is a very important resource for each one of us without exception.<\/p>\n<p>So, here are few tips for you to make sure you manage your time well-<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Begin the day by planning what all you wish to accomplish in a given day. Not just plan, but actually put it down in your diary. Having all \u2018the things to do\u2019 in writing will prepare you to actually finish them before the day ends.<\/li>\n<li>Ditch the habit of checking facebook, Instagram and other networking sites mindlessly every now and then. Instead, utilize that time for doing other little things on your list, like reading the newspaper, making that pending grocery list etc.<\/li>\n<li>Take short breaks to relax. Yes, this is not time wasted, but utilized to give your mind and body the time to rejuvenate. So that it can start working again with greater zeal and enthusiasm. Relax by stretching yourself, reading a good joke or simply by closing your eyes for a while and taking deep breaths. But make sure the breaks don\u2019t go on forever :p<\/li>\n<li>Prioritize the tasks to be done. Do the important things first and then as you move through the day, do other things. In the morning, one\u2019s mind is fresh and can thus do complex things faster rather than, when one is already drained out.<\/li>\n<li>Apart from work, also set aside time for things that matter the most but often go unattended due to work pressure. By this I mean, take out some time from the day to be just with yourself, or spend time with your closed ones, or maybe play an instrument you know, read your favorite magazine. These simple joys of life deserve our time too, don\u2019t they?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>These are just few ways that can help you manage your time in a better and more satisfying manner. But there are many more ways that each one of us can adopt.
