This pragmatic alternative framework will help the firms to grow more in this evolutionary world.<\/p>\n<p>In this the major role is played by the CSR executive\u2019s. There\u00a0 role \u00a0is to achieve the difficult tasks like that of reconciling programs and to\u00a0 quantify their benefits, or at least to sketch a logical connection with the business, and secure the support of the business line counterparts. When these roles are performed well it leads to the development of a good CSR strategy for the company which is pragmatic.
