Then, consider where you want to be.<\/strong><br \/>\nIf you\u2019ve identified areas where there is a gap between what is expected and what you\u2019ve achieved, it\u2019s time to make some changes. Here are some things to think about<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Do you need to develop more efficient ways to get work done?<\/li>\n<li>Do you need to develop new procedures for handling problems?<\/li>\n<li>Are you satisfied with the performance of existing equipment?<\/li>\n<li>Do the physical surroundings of your workplace foster productivity and safety?<\/li>\n<li>Do you need build a stronger sense of teamwork?<\/li>\n<li>Are the skills of each team member being put to their best use?
