It\u2019s better to ask if there\u2019s a problem right away than to pretend that nothing is wrong \u2013 until it\u2019s too late.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Get to the root of any problems.<\/strong><br \/>\nPut your communication skills to work. Ask if others have noticed similar signs, check records, and talk to the people involved.
