Find out what motivates each tem members<\/strong><br \/>\nYou may fine that a team members craves recognition, more freedom or responsibility, additional training or some other motivating factor, Tailor your plans accordingly. For example, someone who enjoys working with others could be offered a chance to participate in a group project or more contact with customers or others in your organisation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Treat team members with respect<\/strong><br \/>\nBeing taken for granted or treated disrespectfully will kill motivation. Remember, as team leader, your job is to get things done through and with team members-not in spite of them.
