well written article.look there are always 2 sides of a coin.Here one side is the benefits or advantages an employee reaps from a trade union.The other side is the advantages or benefits an employer gets from these TU’s. There are many advantages an employer can get by having and acknowleding TU’s in their respective organisations.Kindly list study and list out these benefits.Where a TU does not exeist a Works committe does the job of a TU.I agree that a strategic leadership is reqiured a fruitfull TU – ORGANISATION relationship
