That is true that houses are made to earn rent or lease the property and are a very good source of income….but it does mean that you have to take up the responsibility of water,the maintenance of the house,adjusting with the one who lives on rent……if you are fine with all of this you can go ahead!!…….btw if their aren’t people building houses to rent then one cant rent a house,right??

It is very ones dream to built a house … Here in India one carries a special pride if he or she builds a house …. So not everyone builds their house out of their own money but they borrow money from financial institutions and other means where interest is obvious hence forth to make it convinent to pay them, houses are built in such ways where they can earn lease or rent amounts …. Also an regular income.
