I feel, (the same as you all do) that humans are the best resources.

Not only for the reason that this species has always had a great deal out of whatever it was provided with, be it invention of wheel or the next generation robots, But the beautiful ability of being the master of his own fortune.

This is Beautiful because a human being can do whatever he wants to, but only few of us give it a thought and gather the courage to follow our heart.

We all work to earn our living but not each one of us is happily working. My view point is that, every person should undoubtedly work hard but along with the hard work we shall just spread positivity. Positivity for ourselves as well as our surrounding.

Appreciation is the remedy. Telling other person that what they’ve done is good can leave a smile on their face and help everyone, all around !

We should all Appreciate the work done by our colleagues, teammates &  juniors. A bit appreciation can do wonders and help people to stay focussed as it instantly gives a satisfying feeling. Any person, working in any field, needs a boost to keep on working and not cease to work hard at the hands of some petty issues. Appreciation works as this booster. And is a good gesture as it makes the other person happy. We can just add smiles to our faces to make our working place a better one.

Superiors just being concerned with the work done should also appreciate the employees and motivate them for putting more efforts. This can aid in improvement of Human Resources.

I feel that lack of appreciation is the reason of the office environment being very exhaustive. Appreciation as makes someone happy, it also creates a whole new and positive aura all around.

So, lets just start spreading happiness in our surroundings, wherever it may be. And improve our Human Resources. Appreciation Works !
